Leadership is always about the journey.

Here is a general description of my approach to working with leaders and businesses.

  • It Begins with Your Vision.

    • It’s about you and your vision. My first step is to begin with curiosity. This is a rare form of curiosity to excavate what will make a difference for you.

      • Areas of exploration include: a refreshed business vision, operational goals, leadership support, evolving work culture and profitability.

      • The old adage, It’s lonely at the top holds true for many leaders. Do you have strategic allies and collaborators who can come cleanly to a vision process with pure curiosity, refined investigative skills and the freedom to ask tough questions? This is one of my super powers.

    • Connect Power to Purpose

      • Business is often an overly brainy pursuit ignoring the power of passion wed to purpose. Infuse your operations with people who are engaged and inspired.

        • Engagement increases the energy meter of individuals and teams that can counteract the drain of daily demands and unanticipated challenges.

  • Strategic Plan

    • Once the vision discovery have captured your Power and Purpose, it’s time we co-create a strategy to bring your vision to life with tactical implementation.

  • Culture is consistent in the new operational processes.

    • Double check your ideas by overlaying your vision, strategy and action with a culture filter to ensure systemic integrity and strength.

      • Who on your team is a culture keeper? What authority do they have to consult and integrate with operations?

  • Team Collaboration and Intention Setting

    • Unite your team and solidify your work culture with team retreat and or strategic implementation.

      • Set intentions which shape a logical plan of action.

      • This is the time to bring in opinions, brainstorming and expertise.

  • Cadence of coaching check-ins and collaboration for fine-tuning operational tactics.

  • Annually repeat the process.
