A few weeks ago while drafting the 3rd and 4th posts in this Personal Harvest series, I was forced to a hard stop. Nose shoved up against the mirror. The drafts were anemic next to the crushing upheavals of this October.

This year is a particularly difficult year to see beauty and abundance. If you are not personally touched by global tragedies, there is a pall of survivor’s guilt to contend with. I recognized that I couldn't post the original drafts, nor go with the old program..

A new reckoning and reconfiguring is calling to us all

Coming to the new answers, requires renewed questions:

Who are we being called to be

What is this moment asking of us

How do we create new ways through conflict to connection

Where to look for answers to these questions? In the October posts, we reflected on how much we’ve been reconfiguring ourselves. By taking time to reflect, there is so much evidence of the changes we’re making for better, richer, more intentional (vs reactive) living.

Sharing our new levels of good, intelligent energy with family, friends and community

Here are a few basics for all of us to keep in mind:

  1. Suit up

    • Daily check-in with yourself

      • Get yourself right

      • Get centered and connected with your higher-heart self

  2. Step up

    • Take care of yourself

      • Recognize when you’re out of sorts

      • Ask for help if you need it

  3. Surprise yourself

    • Own how you are different

      • Witness yourself making a new choices in real time

      • Changing words and making unfamiliar decisions

What are you bringing to the harvest table

There is a soulful calling this season. It’s all around us.

Asking us to expand our hearts to expand our minds.

So that we can see, feel, share and care for each other differently.
