Several years ago, I had the pleasure of working with Carrie Morgan before she moved her business to Seattle. My initial experience working with Carrie was so positive and useful that when I learned she had moved back to the Boise area, I was excited to work with her again. To initiate the work needed within my company there is no one else that I am comfortable with or trust as much as I do Carrie. What I love the most about Carrie is that she is brilliant and that she brings out the brilliance in others. Currently, Carrie is facilitating an in-house leadership development program for our organization. Essentially, she is assisting us to develop a very young and inexperienced management team to a more intentional, integrity-based and collaborative leadership team. Carrie has helped us achieve this level of leadership through her ability as both a training facilitator and mentor to the members of our leadership team. I whole-heartedly recommend Carrie to any business leader who wants to develop his or her organization's leadership strength and capabilities.
