“Carrie has helped me to see that I am worthy. I have learned that it is important that I honor myself--even if who I am makes others uncomfortable. If your Spirit is ready to give birth to a new self, Carrie can help you with this process.”

I met and began working with Carrie Morgan through the “Women In Transition” program. As a teacher and mentor, Carrie challenges my ego and forces me to look at myself in a way that both helps me to grow and honor myself. The work that we have done together was not easy because it is a painful process. Carrie creates a safe space for me though and she encourages me to be brave as I face my pain. In the past, one of my coping mechanisms for dealing with pain was to run. After working with Carrie, I have stopped running. She taught me this because she didn't run--she didn't run out on me when I felt I was at my worst. I used to feel that somehow I was inadequate. Carrie has helped me to see that I am worthy. I have learned that it is important that I honor myself--even if who I am makes others uncomfortable. If your Spirit is ready to give birth to a new self, Carrie can help you with this process.
